I am a new coin collector and assumed MS 70 coins are to be among the best, just wondering what this is in the attached photo?? Is this coin really a MS 70 coin???

Package was suppose to come to my house, not my mail box, which is in a trailer park.. why ask for special Instructions?? if you don't follow them.. Then case for coin is all scratched up and not packed good.. coin was not even in the zipped up baggie. hope to get a better case for this coin, since coin wasn't cheap and really hope coin, is real and says what it really is, not fake.. Amazon can't trust delivery to USPS, USPS don't get anything right..TY
