I ordered this just because I couldn’t find refill brush heads in US, but I am wondering if this is authentic Megaten brand. Lately I have heard many horrible stories regarding fake products have been sold freely on Amazon. Two of them on the left side are ones I bought in Japan, the duck on the right is one I bought from this seller, logo engraving looks different obviously, the shape is slender than one I brought it from Japan. Have used once, I can’t tell if it is significantly low quality so I will just use it until my refill order from Japan arrives as long as it doesn’t break.

Pros: compact, bright, the round brush head is great.Cons: the head falls off constantly, especially when you’re brushing because in order to lock it on, you twist it about a quarter inch. Well l, my son biting the toothbrush head and me trying to brush his teeth equals me twisting the base and it unlocks. Dumb. The head doesn’t vibrate much, if at all. The base vibrates, but it doesn’t really vibrate the head much, so I’m not sure how much extra cleaning his teeth are getting.

We got this on recommendation from our 4 year old's dentist. She sells them at her office, but let us know that they are cheaper here. She did not say that it's the most advanced or best cleaning toothbrush out there, but she did say that the light makes it easier to see inside the kid's mouth while brushing and that the cute penguin was sometimes helpful in getting the kid to agree to toothbrushing. We've had it for about a month & so far she was right on both counts, plus our kid is now excited to brush himself & does a passable job at it (whereas with a manual toothbrush, he didn't really get any of his teeth clean).

We are so heartbroken! Bought this brush for my son who has SPD and after only a few weeks it no longer vibrates even with a new battery. It’s so perfect, but the life is far too short for $22

I love this toothbrush, as does my son. The vibration is effective but quiet, and the 360 degree bristles make me feel confident that I’m brushing his teeth effectively. My favorite feature is that the end of the brush lights up so I can see inside his mouth as I’m brushing.Recent dentist visit and the dentist was extremely impressed with how clean his teeth were and asked me what kind of brush we use.

Had this toothbrush for just a month and it stopped vibrating. I changed out the battery, but it still wouldn’t vibrate. My son really liked this toothbrush, so we’re disappointed it stopped working. The light was useful, but that’s about it.

Toddler son loves this toothbrush. Not the best quality, as in sometimes the brush does not vibrate when it’s supposed to. But it makes brushing an enjoyable experience so we are happy.

Unfortunately, the head snapped off at the base, so the part that attaches the toothbrush heads is now broken. We liked it while it was working.
