It's a very good size. Wasnt sure how much water to put it in cause the floating animals but I love it and my son loves it. He can manage to stay on longer then the floor. So I'm guessing it's quite comfortable and soothing for him since it's been hot lately. Nice cold water helps. Would recommend for newly mothers or mothers having a second baby and didnt know anything about this. Lol.

Umm why did I buy this? I though that was a neat idea. I thought my little one would enjoy seeing the objects move around in the water and pat it as a little play time exercise. However I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS to do tummy time as the description in this item states it’s good for tummy time I really really feel this would be awful for a baby to do it would be so easy for an infant to suffocate!! I absolutely wish I could send it back because I do not want this nor do I think anyone should buy this and let me tell you why. It explains why it’s good for tummy time and I feel like a baby could EASILY suffocate during “a short tummy time episode” and quiet frankly this is pointless to have around a baby and I feel stupid for buying it and I’m really trying to save anyone from making a mistake I did!

We have had this for a week now and so far so good. It is actually helping my son wanting to stay on his tummy longer. He is 7.5 months and recently he went from enjoying being on his tummy to jut laying his head down and whining when we do it. I know how important tummy time is for learning to crawl and walking so I have been searching around for something that helps. This def does. We bought a similar one when my daughter was little but soon the seams of it came apart and of course all the water leaked out. We fixed it as well as we could and it soon did it again. This is a similar concept but looks to be better made. It is a very cute idea and my son really enjoys it. Def. worth the money

Opened this up, read the instructions, and started to blow up the outer ring. The outer ring can take A LOT of air but you don't want a lot of air for baby to be comfortable laying on it. It also said to blow up the inner ring before adding water. Do not do this, just blow a little air to separate the vinyl before adding a little water. I found less water is better for baby and sensory of water movement. Too much water and/or air and baby wasn't interested in playing on it. Less air/water keeps it flat which seems to be more comfortable. Not the best or favorite toy and baby prefers to stand on it and stomp his feet and feel the water move. The foam cut-outs only hold his attention for a few minutes. Saw great reviews from parents on different styles of this same toy so assumed it would be a winner. Unfortunately it isn't.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I opened it, and it was about the size I thought it would be. I put water in it. Then filled the edges with air, then placed my daughter tummy first on it. She wasn’t sure what to make of it. My nieces who are a bit older than my baby loved it. I think the more I put her on it, the more she will like it. It’s a thicker plastic, so it will likely take a bit to pop. However, keep sharp objects away, cause of this pops. It will go everywhere.. my daughter is about 20 pounds. So, I don’t think it will pop underneath her weight. However, take precautions and only put babies on this. It’s a great activity mat though

It’s a pain in the butt to fill with water but love this product! My son is 6 months old and behind a bit with rolling and hated tummy time. First time using this he loved it and even started using his arms to push himself up where as before he would let his arms go to the side and cry! He has rolled belly to back yet but he has gotten so close while using the tummy time water mat!

My daughter would not roll over at 6 months. She couldn't figure out where to put her hands/arms. We put this in front of her and she loved it!! Didn't complain in 30 seconds about tummy time and BOOM, she rolled over since her hands were in front of her. We ended up giving it to her daycare and will buy another.

I bought this for my new granddaughter who is 2 months old for her to use during her tummy time and she seems to love it, but what is most important is my 2 yr old granddaughter loves it as well and loves to point out all the items in the mat to her baby cousin. That being said the 2 yr old is having a baby brother or sister in November so I purchased another one for the upcoming baby.
