This has been amazing in getting me back into ketosis. I drink 2 coffees with this MCT oil powder in a day, it is hard to stir in so recommended you use a blender, and I lost 3 pounds in my first week of using this in conjunction with my regular keto diet and intermittent fasting. I've tried going back on my keto diet multiple times and not had results as good as this (or the first time i started keto) probably only half a pound a week, so this powder really has been incredible! Will definitely be buying regularly.

This is the first MCT powder I've used. I started using it on a recent cycling trip in the French Alps, during fasted and non-fasted rides. I used one scoop in about 700ml of water with a couple of electrolyte tabs. I prepared my bottle 10-15 minutes before each ride so the powder was mostly dissolved without needing to stir or shake the bottle. If there were any clumps, they broke up easily after a quick shake. I didn't experience any stomach upsets or aftertaste and probably the only negative I've noticed is that if you get the powder on your hands it's really sticky. Great stuff.

Really dissapointed with this product. I used the oil last time and it lastest me about a month. Decided to go with the powder, more expensive..it lasted just over a week. Its an absolutely rip off to do that. Its says to use 1 scoop of the enclosed scoop to start..well that lasted 1 week.

I would not recommend this in the powder form. It does not resolve, much prefer the Quest powder MCT.

Won’t buy the powder again - next time I’ll get the liquid - doesn’t mix well in hot liquids at all - stays clumpy - yuk

Great product. I use it almost every day, especially in Leanne Vogel's Rocket Fuel Latte. Dissolves perfectly. Very gentle on the stomach. Highly recommended

Great product. I think I prefer the oil, but the powder is less messy. Works better if is blended.

I think the product is good my only gripe is the container when you get to the bottom it is difficult to get the powder out the opening is to small and the scoop handle is too short for this reason only I didn’t give 5 stars

Das Produkt hat mich enttäuscht.Ich habe nach einem MCT-Pulver gesucht, da ich das Öl wegen meines Magens nicht vertragen kann. Später wurde mir klar, dass dieses Produkt fast ausschließlich aus Fasern besteht, auch wenn es meist als MCT beworben wird.Zweitens wurde es nach einer Weile sehr fest und schwierig zu verwenden.Denn dieser Preis war es für mich nicht wert. Entschuldigung.

No es fácil solver en el agua. Se forman brumos. No es conveniente para viajeros.

Schraubdose kommt mit einem Dosierlöffel (inneliegend) und so einem Trockensachet (ebenfalls inneliegend)Achtung - die Dose ist wirklich RANDVOLL.Im Kaffee geschmacklich wie das flüssige MCT Öl des gleichen Herstellers.Leider löst es sich nicht ganz so gut im heißen Kaffee wie gehofft - es klebt auch recht stark, fast wie verklumptes Proteinpulver. Man muss die Bobbel dann mit dem Löffel am Tassenrand zerdrücken.Ansonsten erfüllt es seinen Zweck und ich kann auch auf der Arbeit meinen MCT Kaffee trinken.Nur 4 Sterne wegen der Lößlichkeit.
