Protection against cold and flu.
Apparently zinc stops viruses from replicating so you should be better able to fend off colds and flu. They don't sell these in the supermarkets near me. I stopped taking zinc tablets about 6months ago and now I've caught a horrible flu virus. I shall keep buying these and never run out of them again!
