No instructions to get in touch with the seller hence the poor review. This is just a large piece of laminated card. I'm very confused as to why people are rating a yoga strap when one isn't included which makes me think they are not verified reviews. I've attached a picture of my poster, it has severe horizontal lines and was so tightly packaged it can't be blu-tac'd to a wall/door without ,springing off! If it had been packaged well, I'd have still paid ten pounds for a diagram but as, no chance. I paid £12 for a yoga strap as an add on, don't be fooled by thinking it's included. It isn't

I have been having problems with my lower back for some time now. Once I went to the doctor, I realized that it was a matter of flexibility that I needed to improve on. I bought this product, and can honestly say, it is like having someone helping stretch. I started feeling better after training, and therefore started training more often. I really do think this product is essential for anybody that needs to improve their flexibility.Highly recommended product!

This is a very good strap for stretching and very strong. I use this for TKD training also and it has taken some abuse being aggresively pulled and stretched but it still going strong. Would highly recommend.

This is a great quality stretching strap. The instructional ebook that came with it was very handy and gave clear instruction on how to use the strap. I'm currently using it for rehabing an ankle injury and finding it's helping massively.

This yoga strap is excellent. This has helped with my flexibility and rehab. I am post op ankle surgery and the hoops on the strap has helped to lift my bad leg for exercise when needed. Great for rehab. purposes.Would recommend anyone with tight joints & muscles to give this a try, you will not regret it.

Great I used it for physio after a fall and to help with lifting my leg to get in and out of bed, all the loops were really handy

Excellent product and excellent customer service! The strap is built of high quality materials and appears it will last. It came packaged with some good excerise instructions to get people started. The company also emailed me an excerise e-book full of quality excerises. Overall really good product and excellent customer service.

Very good quality and certainly long enough! Still getting to grips with it but should last a lifetime.

Pilates/Yoga Stretch Gürtel. Mit 12 Schlaufen. Man kann Fuß oder Hand in den Schlaufen befestigen und so länger und tiefer den Muskel Dehnen und Strecken. Seit ich diesen Gürtel nutze bin ich von Muskelkater verschont geblieben. Der Gürtel ist sehr stabil und reißfest.

The content is good but the quality of the poster is terrible. The lamination is crimped and has folds in it across the entire poster. Is it because its rolled too tight on heavy stock not sure but it does not look good. If visuals matter do not buy.

I love LOVE this! Under 20bux for exercise equipment AND it was great quality! I was worried it would be thin or the stitching wouldn't be strong. But I was actually surprised! Im in my 30s and Ive had multiple kids and a large car accident a few years ago. Those rubber resistance bands were Not working! I am 5'9 and wanted something that I would have better control over AND would be long enough for me to use and get a good stretch.These helped with neck stretches and back stretches. An added feature - my kids wanted to use them too! So if you are 3ft tall or 6ft tall, this would work for you!Side note: I wish I would've had one of these when I was prego. I used to get charlie horses in my legs a lot, this would have really helped with those!

Awesome product. Super durable and gives you so many advantages! If you're tall, short, thin or thick... (Forgive my use of those words. I fall into the thick category.) This strap WILL work for you at any size or shape. It does come with instructions on how to stretch out different muscles. If you're shopping for a stretching strap, you won't regret getting this one.

I just got the strap last night. It does exactly what it says it does. It allows you to stretch without worrying about the a loop coming undone or wrapped straps tightening around your hand or arm. And I like the included stretching guide: It has good tips on tightening your muscles to resist then relaxing into the stretch. The strap is long enough to stretch both legs at the same time. I'm 6'2" and appreciate the length.
