1 of the 4 didn’t function correctly but really too cheap to bother returning them. The mirrors are really weak as well.

two of 4 servos did not work, got hot enough to burn me within a few seconds of use.
Two of the servos seem to work fine. the third just gets hot, the fourth briefly works, then the motor gets extremely hot. Enough to burn skin or melt plastic. I believe I am driving them with the correct voltage, 5v. At the correct frequency, 50hz. I am using the adafruit servo driver board controlled via a seeed studio XIAO microcontroller board. I worry that the two that do work will have this same problem and cause a fire or damage something. I think these may not be safe to use. I may be doing something incorrectly, though I think I have taken all the appropriate pre-cautions and tried to trouble-shoot these issues. My power supply is a cell phone backup charger - I have used this on many previous projects that involve driving 2-5 micro servos of the more usual hobby variety. It works quite fine, nothing gets hot and melts.
