I use it almost everyday for my pain in the back. it is easy to put everything inside of the big roll. everything is very resistent as well. I liked it.

The foam is much harder than any foam roller I've used before at the gym, so it can be uncomfortable if you're not used to it.

Foam roller is excellent. All the accessories are perfect for what I need for recovery. Good for price.

Really like this item, and for the price it comes with a few different pieces that are also goos. Would have paid the price for the Foam Roller on its own but better bargain with the added items. Highly recommend

Yeah, I really like it. Firm enough without being too hard. The plastic ends unscrew and add extra strength, one may also store some of the bits inside.If I'm moaning the instructions are just for the roller, which is fairly intuitive to use; not quite sure what to do with the other bits but I quite like 'em 😎🤷🏾‍♂️

I use it all the time for my physical therapy and it works very well. Also tried it for massage and I am absolutely amazed. Highly recommend!

One side of the closing lid casing was loose originally. Hence one side cannot be closed properly.

Producto bastante completo y resistente.Consta del rodillo y todo los demás materiales se pueden meter dentro. También tiene una bolsa para llevar todo, calidad precio me parece un buen producto.

J'ai acheté cet ensemble sur recommandation de mon kiné, je ne suis pas déçu. Il y a un gros rouleau, un bâton à masser et trois autres petits accessoires utiles. Je fais une demi heure d'exercices par jour et une séance de kiné par semaine. Instruments solides et bien conçus, très utiles.

Das gute hier ist, dass es platzsparend ist.An sich ist mir das material zu hart. da ist eine Faszienrolle aus Kork oder Hartschaumstoff angenehmer.
