Horrible
The first MAJOR flaw of this product is the straps. Only one of the straps around the ball is adjustable so you can never really tighten the ball in place. One strap is snug and the other barely touches the ball - ball cam out after 3 hits. The second (more fixable) flaw is the clip. It lasted about 7-10 hits and then bent open and would not latch. Overall this is one of the worst products I have purchased because it is clear the manufacturer had no intention of making a good product. An extra strip of Velcro and a better clip could have made this a good product - but that’s not the route they chose.

Spiked… and snapped
Bought this volleyball spike trainer with high hopes of turning my daughter into the next volleyball superstar. She went up for her first powerful spike and… the trainer went down faster than a bad serve. It looked promising, but apparently couldn’t handle an actual spike , which feels like one job, right? We got one solid hit out of it before it gave up on life.Giving it two stars because the idea is great… but this thing tapped out before the warm-up was even over.

Perfect for practicing alone! I recommend the Elastic Self-Training Volleyball Resistance Band to parents and players. It's a great investment in your child's volleyball journey. If your child is serious about taking their game to the next level, this resistance band is a game-changer! My daughter has to practice by herself and this has helped in the short time we had it.
