Product is as described. Easy to install the filter. There is a extraction tool, easy to attach. I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and I don’t plan on going back to 9.5 ph bottled water. Ever. The cost savings alone and the ease of use is preferred. I do not drink from the bottle but instead use it refill my daily disposable to avoid washing it so often. I can see that being more convenient to serve guests a glass of water.

Kinda heavy to handle when full but otherwise it’s a great thermos - keeps water cold for hours good ph balance; minor difficulty changing the filter.

I love the idea of this product and was very happy with it for about 10 days. It never made water pH 9+, but it would get in the mid 8s (which was fine with me) for about 10 days. I followed the instructions exactly to soak in warm water and let dry for 8 hours. After about 10 day, it barely made the pH above that of the filtered water I was putting in there. I was using a digital pH tester. The alkaline water I purchased at the store always tested at 9+. At the time of the return, the water from this was at about 7.7. I wouldn't even mind having to replace the diffuser every month, as it would still be a huge money save. But to have the thing totally ineffective after 10 days is a little ridiculous and not even close to what is advertised. They advertise 3 months per diffuser (yeah right!). Too bad, as I thought this would save me a lot of money.

I purchased this bottle after doing research on alkaline water and the benefits of drinking it, and to get away from bottled water. It claims increase pH to 9+. I purchased a pH test kit and tested two different bottled waters and water from the DYLN bottle. Huge difference. Safeway’s Signature select bottled water came back acidic, with a pH of 6.0. Costco’s Kirkland bottled water came back neutral, with a pH of 7.0. DYLN alkaline water filter bottle came back with a pH of 9.0. So far, very happy with my purchase.
