This sink is not shallow; it fits perfectly and looks great. It's heavy and sturdy. I thought it would be solid white like the bathroom white porcelain. Much to my surprise, the sink was not pure white and had tiny tiny flex marks in it. However, It just so happens to be the same as my countertop - they are a perfect match. The countertop is Linen N (Arizona Tile). Initially, I was not happy when I opened the box and didn't see porcelain white, but I am very happy with this purchase because it brought everything together in my kitchen in a way I was not expecting. This is the first non-pure white porcelain sink I have had. I love it.

I purchased two Elkay sinks for my countertop replacement - a prep sink and matching double bowl sink. When they came to measure for the countertops, we opened the boxes to find that the outside of the sinks are very poor quality. While the inside of the sinks are smooth and have a great finish, the outsides of the since are full of holes, gashes, crackling and inferior quality molding. I wrote to Elkay Customer Service and have not heard back from them. After calling Amazon Customer Service, they offered to replace the sinks. But when I received the second set of sinks, they were just as bad. At this point, the countertops are being installed in 3 days and I have no choice but to use this inferior sinks. Really poor customer service from Elkay.

The sink is pretty and I love the color. It keeps getting black marks from metal rubbing on it as pans are moved around. It stains very easily. I really wish we would have stayed with stainless! Now that it's glued to my new countertop I'm stuck with a sink I hate and it will need to be replaced long before my countertop ever will be.

Maybe my own fault for not looking up more installed/consumer views of the sink, but the color is VERY different from what is advertised. Ordered in “greystone.” In the stock images it looks like a deeper, almost charcoal grey. In real life it is a light concrete grey. The color in and of itself is fine, just not what I was expecting at all. Hoping I can return and find something else locally since it’s too late to order a different color...
