My son did the install for me with little effort. It does take 2 people just for leverage could be done with 1 person if you can find something to suport the side rails. Easy key lock keeps load safe.

The RetraxONE was purchased for a 2021 Ram 2500 6'-4" bed.Some pre-assembly is required, but the instructions were pretty easy to follow. Me and my son had it fully installed and operational in about 45 minutes. The rails have adjustment screws for squaring up the unit.The unit worked great on the first try, so we were very happy.My only potential concern was the mounting brackets (see photo). There are 4 total and simply surface mount to the bed cover rail and the truck bed rail. The bolt tightens and sandwiches the two together, but it seems a little dicey to me with continuous vibration and wind loads. I'd feel better if it was "hooked" in or tethered for a little more safety.Overall though, a good quality product.

Easy to install. Hardware bag not come with it. Called the manufacturer and they sent it. Got it in 3 days

Easy install. But.....I think one of the bed rails are warped/bent. Cant get one side to fit flush like opposite side. Will try to adjust and then contact vendor.

This item is not a complete kit as per the manufacturer it is only sold with the bed rails and comes In two boxes when it arrived it was missing the second box with the bed rails after speaking to Retrax I was informed of that and was instructed to call Amazon when I called Amazon they told me their shipping department said it is only one box and the manufacturer is incorrect

installed easy with 2 people. Black matte finish looks great. It does take a couple days to break in to roll much easier after the initial install. As far as water getting in: I ran it thru a carwash and a little water does get in at the rear tailgate on the corners, which i can see is unavoidable, and drains at the bottom of the tailgate.If you keep your cargo in 6" from the back, it will not get wet. Overall I'm happy with this product.

Excellent cover for my dad. I bought it as a gift for my dad and we had it installed in just over an hour. The only thing I would change is to buy the model with power. My dads 2500 Ram sits up hi and to open and close the cover puts a lot of stress on his shoulders
