Meh. :( I have to give it a frownie face :(
Expected a better end result when I saw this online. Hardly removed anything and trust me when say my ears have wax. You can make candles or flytraps with the amount there is. Sadly, this didn't remove much at all so I have a give it a frown face :(. Better luck next time satan.......well I already brought it so not better luck satan.

Great! Prefer over Q-tips
I ordered these for myself since my ENT said I shouldn’t use q-tips anymore. I have chronic ear infections and now I haven’t used q-tips for over a year! But every now and then my ears just didn’t feel clean, so I like these as a non-cotton alternative. Make you you follow the direction of the arrow when you twist.

Does not work at all
Hurts and irritates my ear. I read the instructions and did as it implied, but it still hurt.After reading the reviews, I thought it would remove the wax for me, but all it did was create discomfort and pain to my ears.
