These boots are so comfy. I'm a size 6 and 6 fitted perfectly. I have slightly wide and flat feet so was pleased with these because they have arch support. I am able to walk comfortable in these with either thick or thin socks, they seem to accommodate both. Great walking boots for any weather including rain or mud. I have made an effort to review these because they are so good, they feel sturdy and light too and don't make my feet look big, in fact they seem to make them look a little smaller . A great boot - 5 stars

The shoes proved very comfortable and waterproof. They meet my discerning wife’s exacting standards! I have had Merrells before and currently have a pair of their waterproof trail shoes. I have always been very satisfied with their products.

Last time I bought a pair of walking boots, I tried 7 or 8 pairs until I settled on Merrell Moab 2 Mid GTX. Shortly afterwards, I was on a walking holiday in Cornwall & missed my footing on a coastal path. Although I badly sprained my ankle, I’m quite convinced the support afforded by the boots prevented a break. Nearly a year later, my Moab 2s were looking worse for wear & beginning to split. The Gortex lining, however, stayed intact, and even though my boots looked pretty ropey, my feet stayed dry. I was a bit miffed they’d lasted less than a year & started researching other makes, but when I thought about it, I average 5 miles a day walking my dog, so that first pair of boots must have done 800-900 miles. Given the condition of the local footpaths and the scant care I’ve given those boots, I decided another pair of Moabs would actually be a good investment. I was even more delighted to find a pair of Moab 3s marked as ‘used, like new’, which clearly had never been tried on. To sum up, really comfortable and on the assumption they'll be as good as the last pair, hard wearing and great value (even without the big discount).

Love these walking boots very comfortable on my long walks and keep the water out .

Haven't found a better boot for wide feet, super comfortable to wear on long hikes straight out of the box. First hike was 6 hours and no rubbing or blisters. This is my second pair as the first only lasted 2 years but that is with pretty constant use! Highly recommend for wider feet

Great lightweight waterproof boot- great grip. Very comfortable to wear- didn’t need broken in- comfy from day one. I rave about how good they are so much, I had to buy a pair for my husband!!!!

Comfy and wide fitting boots but within 6 months of gentle weekend use on forest trails (we live in the Forest of Dean) the boot has come away from the sole as shown in the picture. They therefore leak. Very disappointed at the poor quality.

I received a box that had the right color and size information on it, but the product inside was a used pair of shoes that were the wrong color and size. Do NOT buy!

These are perfect boots for hiking I love everything about then my 2nd pair easy to clean and totally waterproof

We love Merrell, they make great boots and I bought a new pair for my wife. She enjoys to wear it very much. Very comfortable and well made.
