This is being returned for a refund. It comes unassembled and consists of many parts. The assembly instructions are completely inadequate and its easy to put it together wrong. Took it apart several times to get it put together right. Then I found out the suction cups would NOT work. I couldn't stick it to the window. Maybe I didn't put the suction cups on correctly. I really don't care anymore and I do not want to fiddle with this confusing mess of acrylic parts any more. What a waste of time.

I like the feeder but was not happy with the unclear instructions. Poor picture quality also. One screw was missing for the perch. I found one to replace it.. The bag of parts was open and many plastic clips were broken. I still had enough though and some leftovers. I had to take a picture of it online with my phone so I could have a good idea of how it is put together and have it on the table near me. Happy with the feeder but the instructions definitely should be improved.

Great to view birds but still doesnt stick to the window with seed in it. it finally cracked after the 5th time it fell off the window in two weeks. I wish it would have worked bc the birds did come up to it and would sit right in the seed and eat. Just a bummer the suction didnt work.

It was not easy to assemble, very little instructions, and difficult to have to snap some pieces into place, causing a crack in the plastic. It also has so many little tabs to hold the piece together, it does not have a nice clean look that premolded feeders have. Big disappointment and sent it back.

Okay if you don't mind having to re-mount it every 2 weeks. It's a great idea, but so far mine has all but fallen off the window every 2 weeks. Yes, the window is clean. I guess you can't expect suction cups to hold forever. I also think some birds are hesitant to use it as it makes them think they're flying into a window.

If you have squirrels, don't buy this. Mine fell off the first day (I'm assuming a squirrel jumped on it), and in the process, the suction cup piece completely broke off (and the plastic part of the feeder it was attached to) so it can no longer be used.

Horrible to put together. They put a film on every piece that takes forever to pill, scrap, rub off. After getting it all together we went to put it up and screwed in the tighteners and it fell off in an hour. Not a fan.

I liked that the suction cups were not in way of viewing the birds. It is a workable size feeder.I bought two.....one for home and one as a gift.Neither will stay on the window!!! So disappointing. Moistening/temperature did not figure into adhering. Need to return them. Tried emailing the company and got no reply. Really ifthey don't stay on window, they don't deserve onestar.
