First of all, this product has been essential in facilitating my weight loss and lowering my blood sugar. I'm a pasta girl through and through and Skinny Pasta is a lifesaver! I've tried other brands, but this is the one that I like the best! I recommend it to all my low carb, diabetic and Keto friends! I follow the instructions on the packaging and these noodles are the best guilt-free vehicle for my sauces - from plate to mouth - that I can find on the market. (My favorite is with an Alfredo sauce, which even my toddler eats!) At first, I was hesitant to order food online, but COVID put a stop to that. Plus, Skinny Pasta's customer service is first class -- they are responsive, professional and generous. I'm willing to pay a premium for quality, convenience and health benefits, but Skinny Pasta is a good deal. I wish they were available in my local grocery store, but for now, I'll keep ordering in bulk until that changes.

The pasta (as anyone who eats it will tell you) does not smell that great. You have to wash it to remove the fishy smell of the fibrous konjac yam it’s made from. BUT when my order arrived this time, the pasta had clearly gone BAD It had slight black / brown specs in the noodles, which shouldn’t be there. And it didn’t smell slightly of fish, but rather - I’m not exaggerating - smelled like a heaping pile of manure. Or open sewage.. I verified this with my mom (who also is familiar w normal konjac pasta). It was probably the worse thing we’d ever smelled. It stank up the entire kitchen and would not wash off. It was so bad!!!!I tried to initiate a refund through Amazon, but it wouldn't let me (I suppose because it's a grocery item?). I'm concerned about this batch as I think, if people ate it, they could get incredible sick from it.Please refund me immediately or I will be forced to submit negative reviews on all review sites (incl BBB) and initiate a chargeback with my bank.

I made the mistake of ordering an entire case because I read a few good reviews that said they were comparable to another brand I absolutely love and will stick with from low on. No odor at all. If you can deal with the texture, they’re a decent replacement for noodles.

By far the best tasting of konjac products. Definitely an added staple to my diabetic T1.5/keto diet.

I've bought konjac spaghetti from 2 other brands in the past 6-8 months and decided to buy a bigger box of it this time from this brand because my mom enjoys eating this low-cal spaghetti. After rinsing it under running cold tap water, I cook it in boiling, slightly salted water for 8 minutes at 35/100 infrared cooktop heat (medium-low). Then remove it from the water and add a piece of butter for flavor. Mom has never complained about any side effects of this predominantly fiber product, regardless of the brand, so I keep buying this spaghetti once I run out of it.

I was hesitating on getting this because I have always used a different kind. I’m so glad I bought this brand!!! The brand I was used to had an awful smell and I would rinse and boil and stir fry to eat it. This came and I wanted to try it right away so I opened the individual packet and was amazed there wasn’t that awful smell; I soon realized it was in another package😂 I actually thought how funny that I could possibly think it wouldn’t smell! To my complete surprise and amazement upon opening it; there is absolutely no smell!!!😁 I put it in the microwave for a minute and that was it!!! YAY!!!!

No guilt pasta -- now we can go back to eating some of our favorite foods without the carbs and calories of real pasta. Konjack noodles are not the same as a good tasty pasta but the al dente consistency is close enough and these do NOT have that fishy odor that other brands do. I use to get this brand at my local Market 32 and now they have stopped carrying it, so glad I found it here and bought a case! There is no funny taste or mushy consistency like you find with some alternative pastas. Zero nutritional value, except fiber, but worth the trade off when it comes to reducing carbs. I even put them in a simple bone broth and make a ramen noodle dish.
