When I purchased this product I was very skeptical but also very desperate! I have dealt with dry eyes for over 20 years and have even had multiple procedures to help but with little effect. The 1st 2 weeks I noticed an excess amount of fluid in my eyes and was constantly wiping tears away. I have been on the product for 2 months now and can't believe the difference it has made. I no longer use daily drops and my eyes are not glued shut every morning when I wake up! Definitely recommended this for anyone who suffers from dry eyes.

I have been using Refresh eye drops in my eyes for 2 years on advice of my eye specialists. While the eye drops do help, it does not solve the tearing and dryness by mid-afternoon. I have been taking the Blink capsules, and it has made a big difference. I still use the eye drops twice a day, but now with the help of Blink my eyes do not water at all or feel dry. I have 1 very dry eye, takes me 10 minutes every morning before I can use that eye for reading. I noticed a difference on the second day of taking this supplement. After a week I’m hardly ever using drops. The reason m giving it a 4 and not a 5 is because it has a negative effect on my digestive system. So far I’ve had to cut back n using it everyday. I stopped taking this product for two weeks because I thought it was causing stomach troubles. It was not. Then I noticed my eyes were very dry again. So, I do think it works. I do have a problem with the packaging. Why such a large bottle for 50 pills? I did notice the second bottle did have a protective seal, but still way too large . If it continues to improve my dryness, I will probably give an updated review.

Such an amazing product for meibomian dysfunction and dry eye, so glad I found it! It has an oily effect in your eye that protects the tears from evaporating (replaces what your eyes arent making enough of to protect tears) I just wish it lasted longer! Definitely makes a difference in my dry eyes!
