These acetaminophen tablets are a great value for the money. They are the same ingredients as Tylenol but less expensive. They are as effective and any pharmacist or doctor will tell you they are safe . Good value for the money !

I bought these on amazon when our stores in town were short on the brand that starts with a T I still use these there is a huge price difference between here and the big box stores.

Ok, so why does someone buy a jumbo sized bottle? In my case, it was so I have enough to last all year. This bottle is for those 12 and over only. You also shouldn't cut them in half it says, which kind of disappointed me, but it is the norm now days. I have 4 people in my family that uses this strength. For us it may last one year, even though it was marked with an expiration two years out. They work the same as name brand. The price is excellent. Plus, if you have a locked medicine cabinet, no worries about anyone taking too many.
