I had wrist surgery awhile ago and have been dealing with a lot of soreness and swelling. I had previously been putting ice in a zip lock baggie, but it was kind of a hassle as I had to prop my wrist up on a pillow to stabilize it without moving to keep it in place. I recently started suffering from a carpal tunnel flareup. After getting no sleep for several nights, I decided to purchase these ice packs. They have been an amazing help with icing my wrists and being able to wrap them by myself without assistance. I highly recommend them if you are having a carpal tunnel syndrome issue. They are really soft easy to apply and don’t get excessively cold just cold enough to make the swelling go down. They are as comfortable as they can be considering their ice packs and it still hurts a little bit the size and fit and durability seem like they are going to last for a while

This helps so much with my wrist pain! Great if you have carpal tunnel. I’ve also used them on my knees or ankle. We use these often in our house and they haven’t leaked or stopped working. They also stay on really well which is nice.The only feedback I’d have would be I wish that they would stay cold for longer. Doesn’t seem to last more than 20ish minutes.

I broke my wrist on a freak accident and had surgery! I bought these for after the surgery and they worked beautifully! Especially for my wrist! It brought the swelling down and they were comfortable! I would put them in the freezer and alternate 20 minutes on and off.. They are extremely durable and soft. The perfect size! . I highly recommend!!

I have developed arthritis in my wrists, but I type a lot for work and I also play the guitar as a hobby - I'm not giving either of things up any time soon, so I plan on continuing to aggravate my wrists on a daily basis. This wrap gets taken out of the freezer, used, and then put back into the freezer multiple times a day - probably three or four times a day. It works incredibly well as an ice pack for your wrist, and I'm sure you could wrap it around knees or what-have-you if you needed to. After six months it did start to leak it's magic cold-gel from one spot. I figured I had gotten my money's worth, but I contacted their customer service just for the heck of it and, sure enough, they sent me another one. I don't plan on asking for any more freebies - as I said, I feel I more than got my money's worth - but it was nice to see they were willing to stand by their product.

I like that the cold pack molds to shape around my hand and wrist. They do not, however, keep cold very long. It's good you get two of them.

The ice pack is gel very good quality, flexible covers thumb area up to half of your arm (depending on your length of arm, wears comfortably you can still be mobile with it. I had a wrist injury and the ice pack helped a lot. After I placed in the freezer for about 2 hours the gel was not hard it was flexible and very cold. Even though it is intended for the hand/wrist it can be used if needed on the ankle, or lay it on your shoulder its long enough. The coldness lasted about 40 min or so. The velcro holds well. good value for your money. Once done just place it back in the freezer (I have inside a zip lock bag)

This ice pack is a must if you have any swelling issues from your wrist to your knuckles. It's helped me tremendously. An hour in my regular freezer gives me 15 minutes of cold relief. I use it wrapped directly against my skin.
