Bad packaing.
Arrived damaged and was meant to be a pack of 6 but only sent one and said the product was advertised wrong.

A little too sweet
It's personal taste, but I found it a tad too syrupy. Of couse the beauty of making your own is that you can tweak it until you get it just right and I'm sure I will in due time.The reason for dropping a star is purely for the cost. It is essential for wholesalers and retailers to remember that one of the key selling points for a SodaStream is value for money.
