Ingenious
This light is technical, you will have to memorize the instructions and it's still complicated to get to the desired function, it does have a internal memory to take you to your last setting. The way the light attaches to items is genius, it's a physical attachment, no velcro or adhesives, if not properly removed, the light can tear the fabric you attached it to. The light is extremely bright, I bought this because I needed a bright hands free light to inspect properties before daybreak, unlike a shoulder or chest light this light attaches with some effort to any coat I'm wearing securely and with it's light weight and hi lumens I can easily see a wide area and even combination lock numbers when opening gates. Quickly rechargeablewith a type c, charger and long lasting. REALLY great tool. Highly recommend for camping, security, mechanical or engineering work. Buy 2 or 3 you won't regret it.

Excellent light, complex user interface however.
This is a really different wearable light from Sweden. It's mostly billed as a jogging light or dog walking light but the advertising list several other uses of which it might actually be pretty good for. Happily it has an excellent manual with it because it has so many different modes and the switches each have several functions making the likelihood you could figure it out by experimenting quite difficult. Anyway, the most interesting part of the light is the attachment system. On the back are five small spiral pins, they stick out and grab the fabric of your shirt when you move the lever. Completing the action puts the ends of the pins into a little plastic shields. The instructions give a lot of warnings about not pushing it against your skin during attachment, this makes a lot of sense as it seems possible that you could spear yourself with a little pins. However I tried this with several different shirts and even pushing it against my skin I didn't grab my skin, only the shirt. I didn't use any extremely thin fabrics however. A very interesting attachment mechanism that seems to work quite well. It has a whole bunch of modes that I'm not quite sure what the use is. It has a sunset mode that puts out a light about the color of a campfire. It also has several flashing modes that are of questionable benefit. It does however have a fairly strong straight ahead mode that's flood-like and another one that's more spot like. Those certainly are useful. It has a red flashing mode for use on for instance a biker's back or the back of a person walking their dog which would alert people coming up on them that there is somebody up ahead. I can see that that might be useful. This light is quite small, about the diameter of a silver dollar if anybody remembers what those are like. Lol. I really like this little light and especially the ingenuity that went into designing the pins that attach to the fabric and the multiple actual uses for it. I used it around my house and outside when I was doing some work at night as a general area light and it works quite well for that. I'm not sure about the battery life but it worked just fine for the time I tried it. It is a little pricey, however it has so much going for it is probably is worth it.

Small but powerful!
We often end up walking in the evening and this light is powerful! Even a neighbor across the street commented about its brightness. The leash in this picture is 5 feet long and I am 5 feet from the leash. This light allows me to walk confidently in the evening. (collar is a lit collar, not reflecting) Highly recommend.

VERSATILE & HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL - Great Gift/Stocking Stuffer!
I purchased the Meolight planning to attach it to my dogs collar when walking him at night but I quickly realized I will be using it for all sorts of unexpected tasks. The light's simple yet highly effective 'attachment' mechanism is awesome. With the swipe of the thumb it quickly and painlessly binds to what you want it to and is secure enough you arent worried about it coming free. I will be using it on dog collar, hat when working in darker workspaces, and on clothing while bike riding. I will be getting some as christmas gifts for family members as well! Highly reccomend.

Okay
I think I expected more out of this light than it gave me, but it is still a nifty light. I deliver packages and I frequently have routes in the dark. I wanted something that I could use hands-free when I’m walking up to doors with my hands full. The grip mechanism is odd and I’m really worried that it will damage my clothes. So far, so good, but it still makes me nervous because the grippers are so sharp. Seriously, I actually hurt my finger when I touched them. Ouch! It is also unnecessarily complicated to use when I want to turn it on and off and I enter and leave my car. I’m still using it, I just wish it was just a little better.

Unique Attachment Method
THE GOODThe case is sturdy and seems well built, the packaging felt almost luxurious, and the instructions were well written. The light is strong and illuminates the immediate area really well and goes as far as the house across the street with reasonable visibility. The unique attachment mode worked great and I could easily get it on and off one handed and tested it on a variety of fabrics without damaging anything (although it’s easy to snag your own skin on thin materials if you’re not careful).THE BADThe case is solid, so you can't angle the light up or down like some of the other types of wearable lights I've had. While it is easy to turn on and cycle through the modes, it's hard to turn off as there isn’t a dedicated on/off button and you use the same +/- buttons to cycle through the modes, dim and brighten within a mode, and turn it on and off. A “long press” dims and a “long press 3 sec” is supposed to turn it off, but I had trouble getting it to distinguish between the two and actually turn off. After 3 or 4 tries I got the hang of it I, but then it stopped turning off or would only turn off the outer rings and leave the center ring on. Pretty soon it wouldn’t turn off at all and just stayed on until the battery died. So within the first 10-15 minutes of trying it out and figuring out the controls it broke and became unusable. I exchanged it for a replacement easily enough, and the new one has not broken yet.
