Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The only day these bulbs worked was the day they were installed, then they just barely worked at all! Be patient & watch the video where you can hardly see a flicker here & there. There were three bulbs in each light. ☹️ I definitely would not recommend.

3 issues with this. 1 all 3 bulbs were scrooked so they screw in at an angle. 3 they're closer to a red orange pink color which looks weird. Most importantly the LEDs look more like some 80s light board or checkerboard. You can clearly see giant large squares spaced far apart and a pretty small number of them at that. From about 40' away it's pretty obvious. Once this initial cool factor of "hey flame lights" wheres off, you jump pretty quick to those look pretty bad and cheesy. With current led tech they really just dont make sense. To make matters worse I have a different brand on my porch behind this that looks way way better and makes things stand out.

Whether you’ll like this depends on how you plan to use it.Recommended for: use of several of these at a time, and within/behind a translucent (not transparent) glass.Here’s why. The flickering flame effect is rhythmic and regular, and therefore not realistic. Actual candles flicker randomly. This is a series of LEDs, clearly visible, moving rapidly up and down. The effect is “blinky.” If you were to use this behind clear glass, the LEDs would be plain to see. If you used a few of these bulbs, the flickering rhythm would be much less obvious and the look would be pretty natural.The color these produce is flamelike, so that’s good.These bulbs aren’t bad, but if you need realism, I’d take a pass.

I use these flame bulbs in the hanging verandah light fixtures on my 100-yr-old home and they really add to the vintage atmosphere of my home. I receive many compliments and inquiries about these lights. People think they are original gas lights. In fact, I re-ordered to be sure I am never without replacement bulbs, even tho they have been burning brightly every night for a year now.

I will be looking for another one that flickers- CHANGED my comment- 24hrs later!! It’s perfect - I didn’t touch it it did this on its own ??!! Excited - great buy

As many reviews have stated, these bulbs are very cool and offer a great effect. When behind frosted glass, they are much more believable as it hides the “pixelated” look of the individual LEDs. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE ENHANCED IMAGES IN THE LISTING. Take not of the color temperature on the listing...1600-1900. They are very consistent orange, contrary to to the white/yellow/orange flames shown. For the right application, these are a good solution, but not great.

I like making my own garden and landscape lighting so when I saw these I had to try them out. They were exactly what I wanted. I converted an old worn out solar powered hanging lantern into electric because I needed them to be a little brighter than the solar version and they fit the criteria I needed. I will have the only ones like it in the neighborhood. I will post a video of it after it is completed plus I will be buying more.

Really cool light we used for a wooden Christmas decoration that is shaped like a lantern. Looks best when viewed from a distance of 10 feet or more. Ours was outside so looked great for people passing by our house. Very realistic!

Not a natural looking flame because the same sequence strobes over a over only difference is the speeds between settings two and three. Nice color but natural flame doesn't strobe like this and they're expensive being a single pack. Will try other brands.

Actually my favorite investment lately!! Looks and feels very realistic!! Love it!
