This is a quality knife. It's very sharp and folds for safety and convenience.

Purchased this knife for $14.99. Good quality for the price. Knife is not dangerous due to its folding mechanism as some have claimed. Wood handles. Not sure where the knife is made. No indication on the box it came in. The blade is stamped "Stainless Steel U.S.A." Would I pay $60.00 for the knife? Probably not. However for a knife under $20.00. It is a solid knife. Some heft to it. Fit and finish is good. It is a knife that will last 20 years with use and even longer if only used for camping trips. I wish more knives were made in the USA. Many historical American knife companies now have their products made in China. It is a shame.

flimsier than i expected. it doesn't lock in place unless the bottom part is folded in which makes the grip very awkard.
