ZFOsports Short Adjustable Weighted Vest with Phone Pocket & Water Bottle Holder

I had this for a few months and have to say "Hooray"! I was ruck-sacking with weights for about a year and the weight distribution was starting to take a toll on my "almost" senior citizen bod. Switching to this weighted vest has been a blessing to my workout walks and jogs. Being able to adjust the weights by small increments and the balanced placement of the overall weight is a huge plus. I wish the item came with the iron weights instead of the grain-filled bags... but so far, so good; no leakage of the filling.

Good vest - well made, weight is equally distributed, Velcro is good and stays fastened, plenty of room (this is my third weight vest from various manufacturers). One minor complaint- There should be more padding in the shoulders. Aside from this, this vest is highly recommended.

I bought the 30 lb vest with padded shoulders. There are individual weighted bags totaling 30 lbs. I am female, 5' 6", 114 lbs and a runner. I can't get the 'belt' straps tight enough to keep the vest from slipping around especially at the shoulders ( too wide for my small frame.) I am using vest on a treadmill. I have not worn outside. Since I just starting with a weighted vest, I am using 2 small weights. One in front and one in back slot.I like the added resistance it gives. Good price. I will keep trying to tighten...

using it for osteoporosis bone building, so far so good!

Well made- good seller- delivered in under 72 hrs. I am 6'3 225#s. plenty of freedom in arms. is a bit snug in chest but i have yet to adjust and snug is good so it does not bounce or slide during exercise. Unless you are a pro athlete or cross fit nut, 20# is more than enough. Have yet to try to take out any weights. They are also snug to inside of vest. Excellent product.

Good weighted vest, well made, fits well (I'm 5'2" and wear size small clothing).

Awesome weighted vest. 30 minute walk on the treadmill, 100 pull ups, 100 dips, 100 Lunges and 100 push ups as a morning routine. This vest puts a new challenge in my workouts!

I love the size, since I am a woman, and the male ones are way too big. This is a little on the big side buts fits much better than other vest. I'm sure a women's one would fit better, however they do not come in this high of a weight size. The most I could fit for a woman was 30lbs. Love the phone pouch too.
