Need to take every day. One A Day has many choices but this one fits my needs. Not hard to swallow but not the easiest either. Flavor??? Just swallow it and I have never noticed a flavor. I do think it is a good value. Recommend

Arrived with lid broken, seal was still intact. No problem with vitamins. I had to store in an old bottle.
