It has a lot of power and having the long cord is nice

So contrary to other reviewers I think the switch is in more or less the best spot for this type of light. It's about a foot from the plug, which is far away from the light itself (since it's got a 5m/15ft cable), but often you'll be putting these fairly high up.So far I've mostly used them for general indoor lighting and some videography. One 50W is good enough for a decent-sized bedroom and two makes my combined living room/kitchen nice and bright. I always put them higher than eye level and point them up since they're too bright to reasonably look at.My only nitpick is that no one seems to sell these in the 4000-4500K temperature range. I'll probably get a 1/4 CTO filter meant for photographers and leave that on there to make it slightly warmer.

Solid value at this price point. Only complaint I found is that the nut and screw that secure the lamp to the base became loose very easily. Otherwise, great product and BRIGHT!

Excellent quality for the price. I bought this light because I was looking for a way to keep the critters off my deck at night, a stable stand that wouldn't fall over, rain proof and a LED for efficiency. This product does it all. The brightness was a bit more than I expected, but that's all the better! Just don't look straight into the light. It has been out in the rain and I have found no issues. I am using a dawn to dusk outlet with it and it works perfectly! Very happy with this product! Great buy!

I have a three car garage with a ceiling that must have been sized for a large motor home. It has fluorescentlight fixtures on the ceiling, but you need at least a 10 ft ladder---which I don't own--- to change the tubes. I was looking for an alternative and economical way to light the garage without having to install new light fixtures or to pay someone to change light tubes. This work light does the trick. I am going to get another one for the other side of the garage and I should be good to go. That way, I can save the overhead lights for when I really need 'em.

This light packs a big bang for the buck. We used it to help see the work we were doing to add a closet to a windowless basement room . It was so helpful and easy to use. The cord is so long, which is a bonus. And the on/off toggle switch on the cord is great. Highly recommend.

although there are hundreds of LED lights out there, most stores only carry a few and store displays make it hard to determine if it is bright enough. Instead they aim the lights in your eyes and somehow we are supposed to figure out if it will suit our needs. With that in mind, you might as well buy on line by brands, ratings and cost then return it if it doesn't work for you. That's exactly the same pot luck you get at the store displays. Will consider a brighter model to mount above my welding table but this is fine for painting and ceiling work. Buy two and mount on a tripod, get rid of those burning hot halogen flood lights

Great value on this light. My painters love it! doesn't get hot, doesn't break and it has a huge cord. The only thing we wish was different is the location of the on/off switch be moved to the light and not by the plug.
