I was going to give it a four, since it came with no instructions. It comes with three washers and I’m assuming those are spares. I see some bad reviews about leaking and it doesn’t fit properly. If you look at some of the video reviews that are negative, they have the product Installed upside down, they also say it didn’t come with Teflon tape which it tells you on this advertisement that don’t use Teflon tape . Operator error. Easy to install, works great

Arrived in 2 hours after making the order. Setup only took 10 min and I'm no handy man (at all lol). No leaks whatsoever, it is definitely worth the money considering it's so cheap, I would buy this if it was double the price. The water pressure is absolutely insane and you can choose how hard you want it to go, it ranges from a little stream to basically a power washer. It is very durable and feels sturdy, like it won't break. It's all metal which I think is very nice looking and won't break in any way. I strongly recommend this product to anyone wanting a bidet, it's a 10/10! Perfection!

assembles quickly, but it leaked. I used the larger washers, and still there was a leak at both of the new connections. Added some plumbers tape and that did the trick. Also had to tighten the handheld a few times to get that part not to leak until it was as tight as I could get it. Once all of the leaking areas were addressed, the hose worked well. Good water pressure.

This product has been amazing so far. Easy installation, extremely affordable, and easy instructions to follow. As long as it is installed correctly there are no issues. The spray is controlled by how much pressure you apply to the handle. This product is also renter friendly, no need to drill to the wall. The product offers both wall hold installment or a hook that goes in the toilet.

Slick, clean and minimalist. Super easy to set up and clear instructions. The water flow is pretty good and pressure-sensitive. For the price, this is a no brainer to add to your bathroom (and saves TP usage!) :)
