Very effective for me
2 years after a right hemicolectomy I was still struggling with digestive symptoms that were making me pretty miserable. I came across a recommendation for papaya, and bought this.It works almost immediately for me, and 2 tablets is too much. I take one, only as needed, and it has really improved things for me. I would highly recommend trying this product to anyone with digestive issues.

Helps digestion
I don’t suffer from acid reflux but I do get occasional bloating from high protein meals, since I seem to have low stomach acid and slow digestion due to an underactive thyroid. During times when my thyroid has been better treated I find my digestion is absolutely fine, so I only turn to these when everything slows down and I find bloating an issue.Sometimes a bit of fresh ginger tea is enough to help my digestion along but when it’s not I try these to give my digestive enzymes a helping hand.These are easy to swallow with water. I like the 2 caps/day divided dose as it means you don’t have to take a high dose in one go. I typically only use one capsule here and there. I don’t take these daily and I've never had 2. I usually find that I can get away with taking half the dose of things as I’m sensitive to supplements, so this may not be the case for everyone.Although I hadn’t heard of this brand until I was offered it for review via Amazon Vine it is now a trusted brand to me now as I’ve used their other products to good effect.
