Very disappointed!! Takes 45 minutes to brew 2 mugs.
I had a similar but different brand of coffee machine before and without any problems.This machine from the start has these problems:- Lid is loose and so steam and water leaks out- There are interruptions during the process. Brews then stops. Brews then stops. Repeated interruptions in-between that takes 45 minutes to finish brewing.I am not happy with it at all.I contacted Amazon Support and the AI Chat suggested to brew with vinegar and water and I did but no result.This is a manufacturing defect and the return/replacement option doesn't work.

The product is very good, but after 6 months it stopped working.

Extremely light and efficient easy to use machine
I have been using the previous model of this machine and they are really good, easy to use machines. I make 3 to 4 cups daily and used the previous one for 5 plus years
