This stand is great. The ability to select a colour that matches your Mac or your tastes is fun. The silver matches my MacBook Pro exactly, not sure about how well matched the other colours would be to their respective devices.One aspect I love about this stand is that I can store my Apple Magic Keyboard 2 right underneath the stand perfectly to free up additional desk space when it's not in use.The stand is sturdy (my cat's have periodically walked across my Mac while on the stand, the stand barely yielded!). The clear plastic joint at the bottom that connects the two "prongs" is surprisingly elegant.I have no fear of my laptop sliding off of the stand. Not only do the rubberized pads on the top of the stand offer sufficient friction (yes, I realize the get less friction-y over time, but keep them clean!) there are plastic clips on the end that prevent the device from sliding off no matter how much or how little friction those pads offer. Other reviewers who claim their laptops slid off have not assembled their stands correctly.

Sturdy & well made, & easy to assemble.

Works great for what it is, a nice stand of varying color options to help tidy up your work space. I actually chose this particularly stand as I have my old surface pro and my new Razer Blade that I needed to have set up at the same location to switch inputs between. This is easily the best solution I've found from the products I looked through on amazon, and would highly recommend it if you too want to switch between 2 devices.Pros:- clean professional finish- very sturdy build with non-slip rubber grips- comes in black (and other colors)Cons:- angle & height not adjustable- gloss plastic front picks up a lot of dust- fits most laptops, but looks weird with smaller onesHonestly, this should probably cost less than half of what it does, but well there's always a tax you pay for a higher quality finish and a well-built product. A fashion tax over some plastic mess coming from some other cheaper manufacturers.*I've attached some photos, first one showing it with the double-decker setup I have (don't mind the cable mess I'm sorting out in the back), one photo with flash on it and a Jaeger for scale, and one of my current desk setup. All in all, a fine addition and would recommend to those who can afford to spend a little extra.

Really like this stand. Had one at a previous job and it works great for anything up to a 15" laptop. Nice if you are working in a multiple screen environment where you are constantly glancing at multiple apps. Takes about a minute to put together. Comes with end pieces that help keep the laptop in place. You could put a keyboard underneath if you need to clear some space on your desk.

This is a good stand for the price paid. It is easy to assemble (no screws or bolts) but that does leave it not locked in place. It is secure enough to trust my computer on it but I would prefer if it could be screwed or bolted to be complete. This is why it's sturdiness is 4/5 stars.The open bottom design allows my laptop (Dell XPS 13) to cool well and brings the screen to a height that is better for my posture.

This is a nice a sturdy desktop stand. I like how it put my Mac Book Pro at eye level. I bought the stand so that I could use a full keyboard with a numeric keypad too. The lap top has never fallen off the stand and once I placed it on the stand it has held up well. I like how I can put my keyboard under the stand when I am done which gives me more storage space. I can now bring the screen closer to my eye level which has helped me with my posture while typing.

Like others have mentioned it can be a little wobbly. I use an external keyboard which to me seems like the best way to make use of this stand. I really like the attention to detail in the packaging and the design. It's world's apart from the other generic chinese made aluminum stands that are sold by multiple vendors on here because it's clear that with this product, there are excellent and sufficient quality control measures. Not like the previous Orionstar stand I bought that I had to return.

I LOVE THIS RISER STAND... SAW A NEGATIVE REVIEW THAT SAID IT WAS WOBLEY ... AH, YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO TYPE ON THIS THING. NOT INTENDED FOR THAT.... GET A SEPARATE KEYBOARD/MOUSE... GREAT FOR SAVING DESK SPACE AND IF YOU NEVER INTEND TO DISASSEMBLE AND TAKE IT WITH YOU THEN SUPER-GLUE THE CLEAR PLASTIC TO THE LEGS AND YOU HAVE A PERMANENT HIGHLY STABLE RISER ! THIS IS GREAT
