I can honestly say this is the best treadmill I have ever used. The incline goes to 40%!!

nordictrack customer service is the horrible machine had a factory defect and cracked frame they would not warranty it

I was getting board with my Peloton after 7 years and my wife doesn't like bikes so we purchased the x32i and had it professionally assembled. I have had zero problems in 4 months and I'm using it way more often than I thought I would. I love the variety of the ifit workouts. I can do jogging intervals on the beach in Thailand one day and an incline hike up an Alaskan Mountain the next. I can also repeat manual workouts I've already created if I want to watch tv instead of doing an ifit class. I just purchased the 27i bike since it uses my same ifit membership for no additional cost.

The warranty seems great when you read it, specifically a 10-year frame warranty. If you think ANY of the medal on the outside is the frame... you're sorely mistaken. Just the metal the motor is directly attached to. All other parts are named individually and not covered. This combined with sub-par metals means where your treadmill attaches to the 'base' (not frame) will easily crack under small loads. Either consider the extended warranty subscriptions (not cheap) as part of your base price and stick with it... or look elsewhere. Not only that, but I paid for delivery into my house and the delivery people demanded $60 additional in cash to bring it inside. When I wouldn't do it, they left the 300 lbs machine on the street.

The unit is really poorly designed, both from a physical and software point of view. Physically, you absolutely need two people to assemble it. Some of the pieces are assembled in a way that you need someone holding the item from the front while someone fiddles with screws in the back. The fit of the pieces is garbage. Some of the screw threads in the receivers strip out some of the screws. The plastic panels are brittle and held into place with 2 mm tabs that are inadequate for the job. It's like they literally spared every expense. It took forever to download the software on a 150mps connection. Then the iFit membership card included in the box DIDN'T WORK. After sitting on hold for an extended amount of time, the rep came on and said that they don't use that style of authorization or card any more and that was the problem. This is a machine that arrived 3 days earlier. SHOULD the software grace you by working, it's ... ok. When it doesn't work - ours bricked itself after two weeks... yay - you have to reset the machine and redownload everything. There are no guides in the software that say what it's doing. It just has a pulsing logo. We watched the logo pulse for 20 minutes, wondering whether it was doing something or if it was hung again. Restarted two more times and it decided to boot. Yay. Then you've got to redo your iFit account info. It asks for a credit card number and if you are like, whoa, I've already paid, abort, it says "Are you sure you don't want to use the machine with WiFi and the iFit app?" My wife was finally annoyed and hit yes, after which, her account showed up. When doing an update, the software says "Close" at the bottom. But there's no info on whether that will STOP the download or if it will do it in the background while you work out. So you stare at the machine as it painfully downloads each individual bit over the course of a lifetime while feeling like you've made some really bad life choices, such as investing in a NordicTrack treadmill instead of any number of clearly superior options. Stay away from this hot garbage.

I have had the s22i bike since around 2018, while there were a couple issues over the years, they were quickly resolved, fast forward to 2024, decided to bite the bullet and add the x32i , WoW, absolutely love this piece of equipment , delivery and set up was a breeze, I have had it just a few weeks and have nothing bad to say about this , there may be glitches down the road, but I am sure they will be handled seamlessly as in the past

My husband bought this from original owner who had to sell because of being deployed out of country. I absolutely love this machine. I've owned this for a year and a half now with no problems. Definitely a "nicer" treadmill to use. My husband and son were able to assemble it quite easily. Yes, it is very heavy (It's a commercial machine) but I absolutely would recommend it. Very happy with it!

Unless you've experienced this level of customer service, you would think it is an exaggeration.I've bought the i32X and an extended service plan. I've had multiple instances of belt alignment issues.First they referred me to the manual and tutorial videos. If it's an easy routine fix, fair enough, we'll save us all the trouble. But no. The issues with my belt were beyond the DIY remedies. Then it becomes an unless series of form emails, repeating the same Q and A's. The emails all arrive with a different first name with no follow up phone number or direct email. It's just a black hole of faceless Q and A's. And if you call them, it's the same process with the added wait time of being put on hold.Long story short, they have perfected the process of NOT taking care of you. Once they have your money, any service you get from them is like waiting in a bread line.
