I bought this as a replacement for a Delta kitchen sink faucet that basically failed after six years as the pull-out head would no longer go back into place without forcing the hose back into the housing. This required about 15 seconds of careful threading and cursing.I favor minimalist designs with no unnecessary trim or features to break, so this fit the bill perfectly. Most important was the ability to mount in in a single hole as opposed to the old-style three-hole mount (you can do both with this model though if you want.).I was honestly really impressed with the packaging for this faucet. It was very high-quality and the components thoughtfully laid out inside. The instructions were very clear and did not contain any of the usual crazy grammar/sentence structure you might expect from a Chinese manufacturer.I've installed a LOT of kitchen sink faucets over the past three decades and this was by far the easiest and most intuitive installation ever. The supply lines connect directly to the water shutoff valves and there's no screwing around with separate supply lines, washers, and those ever-so-easy-to-twist flexible copper tubes coming out of the bottom of most faucets. The single central mounting spigot with a HAND-TIGHTENABLE nut on the bottom side of the faucet is genius. Anyone who's ever tried to tighten the two tiny screws on a typical mounting plate while lying upside down inside the sink cabinet with bad lighting will think this new method is Manna from heaven. From start to finish, it took me MAYBE five minutes to completely install the faucet, connect the water lines, and test. Every manufacturer should make it this easy.Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Some people mentioned the lack of a magnetic clasp for the removable sprayer head but I've found this to be a complete non issue. The hose glides very smoothly through the faucet base and the weight they supply is more than heavy enough to pull the head back into its resting position every time. The best way to describe it is to say it just feels like there's a magnet there anyway. You'd never notice the difference.After several months of daily use I've had zero issues. The finish still looks perfect despite a number of heavy cleanings of the sink using the Pink Stuff, a moderately tough abrasive. No leaks, squeaks, noises, or other complaints so far.I also ordered the matching in-sink soap dispenser. The finish matches perfectly (I got the gray, which looks like slate stainless steel if you're trying to match with appliances). My only wish is that they also sold sink-hole plugs so I could match the finish there as well. I couldn't find anything on Amazon to match the slate-gray color of this faucet. Black stainless steel is too dark and both brushed nickel and brushed stainless steel are too light. So WEWE if you're reading this, please make some hole plugs in matching finishes as well! I'll be your first buyer.All in all, this is a really, really nice faucet for the price and by far the best installation experience I've ever had putting in a kitchen sink faucet.

Faucet was exactly as described. Looks even better in person than I thought it would. Very easy to install. Great water pressure. Spray head works great. Takes a second to get used to the switch that changes it from spray to stream, as my faucet in the main house switches back to stream automatically and this one you have to switch it yourself. I actually think I like the way this one works better. Great product so far! Only used it half a dozen times or so, but it feels sturdy and has a good warranty, so I think it should last a while. Definitely recommend.

Very beautiful and great working faucet! No complaints. Easy to follow instructions. The material looks very nice and is durable, no issues with leaks or anything. I’ve had it for just over 6 months and am happy with it.The company’s customer service is also great, they respond very quick should you need them (not the Amazon customer service but the actual company).

Color is perfect! So easy to install, as it has a screw cap for underneath sink, no tools needed! The water pressure is better, also! Now, I need to find matching dishwasher vent cap.

I bought this product based off of other customer reviews. It was cost-effective compared to other brands. Initially when I bought the first faucet and when we went to install it, one of the connections came loose and it was leaking. I reached out to their customer service and they were super helpful with sending a replacement. The other feature I love about this product is that it is super easy to install. I’m no plumber and this was my first time doing it. I highly recommend this product. The quality also seems good so far. Spray is is strong. The fit was perfect. I got this in a bronze color and it’s true to its color.

Prior to this fixture we had a very expensive Moen faucet ( $500 ) I had so many issues with it ... I constantly had wet sleeves , because the auto sensor went of any time I was near it. It also stopped working 2x . First time was because it had a clogged filter , at 70 years old I ended up being a plumber replacing the part , while the part was free it took several days for shipping and I was without a working kitchen sink. The second time it quit , I again got a free part from Moen and spent a long time on my back under the sink . It wasn't the problem and per Moen it would need a repair that was equal to a new faucet. I decided to try this faucet because of the great reviews . Wow !! Great spray quality, water pressure and is every bit as attractive as the Moen . Is assembled with quality parts . At a fraction of the cost of the Moen. Highly recommended
