These work great. I use them to put bentonite clay in and charcoal. My 20yr old has trouble drinking it in water so these work amazing. The small little scope works great.

How to avoid psyllium blobs and lousy taste
Good value-we couldn’t stand the glob of putting psyllium in coffee or juice, and the suggestion dose of 3 00 size capsules provides 1500 mg of powder -to get the moderate dosage of 5 gram daily would require 10 of those capsules a day.It is much more logical to buy a bag of 000 empty capsules, and loose psyllium- filling the capsules by shoveling the stuff from a bulk container is easy. To get a moderate dose ((5mg) of pre-packaged 00 capsules requires capsules, home filled 000 capsules requires about 6- at a fraction of the cost.

Worked but didn't work....wish there was a better way to fill them too
Wish the capsules came with a way to help fill them, like some sorta pop up easy station, but either way they worked as capsules, but what was put inside them did not work:^( yet it usually did work outside being grinded up and put into these capsules, the capsules put a super duper extra long delay on the containments inside the capsules.
