This one makes me sleep like a rock, I sleep 7~8 hours straight like a baby, the only reason that it isn't 5 stars for me is that the Amazon Basics tastes much better, this one at the beginning tasted like plastic, but it works pretty good. Pleasant tasting and effective sleep remedy

Works too good. I took one because life stresses was keeping me from having a good sleep. I can say that I have never slept that deep in a long time. It was a good sleep, but I think this dosage is still high for me. I was so tired throughout the day. I had to take a nap after a couple of hours of work because I think it was still in effect. CRAZY tired the whole next day. I’ve been scared to take it again. I should have researched first. They taste is good, the gummy texture is also good.
