Took time but I love it
Hated the Laptop when it first arrived as I am over 70 and could not figure this Newfangled device out.But once I hooked up my wireless mouse, off to the races and extremely happy.One minus was it came with a portable SATA drive and when I tried to use it, it came up with a Chinese file name and device start. So I donated that to Goodwill, purchased a smaller credit card size HP portable SSD P500 drive from Amazon, figured out how to easily use that and Viola' I can now do business away from my office with all my files, order forms, etc.I highly recommend this laptop for the ability to conduct business just about anywhere. Great job HP

So far not everything was down loaded as advertised so a couple had to be purchased later. Nothing more to say we’ve had a terrible time getting some kind. of computer that worked at all so we’re going to keep quiet so now.

Buy the insurance
I liked that the laptop was performing well for my cousin. I liked the price for HP brand which I trust.What I disliked was it malfunctioned after a few months. The inconvenience of having to ship for repairs.Fortunately, I purchased the 2 year warranty/insurance so they sent the needed info for her to ship and get it repaired.

HP Go Slim Laptop
Hi, I love the performance on this laptop. It is incredibly well made. It’s easy to use. It lasts a long time with the battery. It’s very fast too. I got the black one, so I like the keys on it and how easy I can see the keyboard. The appearance is made to last. But it can overheat if you use it for too long, so make sure you have a cooling fan underneath to ease the process.
