First! Happy to review this product as I bought it without any reviews on Amazon.I've always been caffeine sensitive (especially to coffee.) Though i've responded well to caffeine adjacent molecules (like theobromine in yerba mate, and green tea/matcha which is caffeine/l-theanine.)I'd heard about theacrine years ago but never prioritized trying it. Well I'm glad I finally took the risk, as this compound has been amazing so far!I'm primarily using pre-workout at 50mg for a slight boost (as I train with a non-stim pre.) I occasionally use 50mg in the afternoon with low dose noopept and choline as a nootropic stack to finish a long work day.I really appreciate that this comes in 50mg capsules, as I'd read reports that 100mg felt like a lot for caffeine sensitive folks. That said, this is a very clean, gentle stim effect. No anxiety, jitters, or worrying. No need to stack with l-theanine either. Very smooth come up, subtle but noticeable effect and no crash/comedown.If you respond well to caffeine adjacent molecules (theobromine, dynamine, etc) then I'd strongly recommend giving this a try! Also check out DWS pre-workout mix which contains caffeine, theacrine, dynamine, and tyrosine, all balanced out by a healthy dose of l-theanine. I use DWS as a coffee replacement in the morning, then a non-stim pre in the evening for working out (+ theacrine on the days where i need a boost.)Thanks Nutricost for making these great products affordable and accessible!

Nutricost is one of those tried and true supplement brands you can always find a good supplement for many different needs at a good price. I have used many other products from them over the years and only rarely had issues such as a random broken capsule. They use NSF facilities and third party testing which adds extra assurance on top of GMP. This supplement uses the patented TeaCrine form so you know you are getting a standardized and tested formula. So far so good, I do pair it with caffeine but I am hoping I can reduce now that I am adding TeaCrine. I just love coffee too much! But this definitely works well for me paired with NAC and I am looking forward to the longer benefits.

I have never tried theacrine, but I thought I would give it a try. I typically respond well to caffeine and theacrine is chemically related to it. I didn't feel a lot from this, but my girlfriend did. We each started with 50 mg, by opening the capsule and taking half each. She saw increased focus and creativity, without the jitteriness. I personally may have felt a slight boost, but nothing overwhelming. Supposedly it works better when paired with caffeine, which both of us did when taking this.The capsule has no smell, and the powder itself is virtually tasteless, if you decide to take half like I did. The pill is relatively small and easy to take.I personally think caffeine is more effective for focus, but if you're looking for less of a "jolt" and a possibly longer bout of focus, without the jitters, theacrine may be a good option. It's also more expensive than caffeine, so that needs to be considered.Nutricost is a good brand, and uses third-party testing. They have done very well in independent tests, and they are one of my "go to" brands. They are also typically one of the most affordable brands out there. If you want theacrine, this is a good option since it's fairly priced.

I’ve been taking one Teacrine capsule in the morning, and it gives me a smooth, steady energy lift without the jitters or crash I sometimes get from caffeine. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. It’s become my go-to when I need reliable focus without overstimulation. Fairly Priced, nutricost always provide good quality products.
